Eligibility for Refunds

Unopened and Unused Products:** Refunds are available for products that are returned in their original condition—unopened, unused, and with the seal intact. Final Sale Items:Please note that final sale items are not eligible for refunds.  


Refund Process

1. Contact our customer service team at info@bumbeebeauty.com within **14 days** of receiving your order to request a refund.  

2. Provide your order number and proof of purchase.  

3. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on where to send your item(s).  


Non-Refundable Items

- Opened or used products (for health and safety reasons).  

  • Final sale items, gift cards, or promotional items.
  • Additional Details

- Refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.  

- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
